  27. Since I have installed the new Microsoft TCP/IP Beta I have
  28. had a problem with user downloading from my FTP site. It gets
  29. to ~ 32K downloaded and then refuses to respond. Any sugestions
  30. or ideas how to fix this ?  All other winsock software appears to work
  31. fine.
